You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity conducted under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials are the exclusive property of BidX².

6. Limitation of Liability

BidX² shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles.
